In my previous career I never worked with computers so I needed a full introduction to the Microsoft suite. I was so fortunate to have Eithne as my on line tutor. Eithne's method of teaching is absolutely fantastic. Eithne knew exactly what my needs were and was such a great teacher and was so patient. The delivery of each course was very well planned and Eithne would always send me on the downloads needed for our session beforehand, so as not to be wasting time on the day.
I would recommend Eithne to any individual or company, she is such an efficient and organised tutor, very pleasant and always made me feel at ease and I was never afraid to ask any questions.
I found the recorded sessions invaluable as this was how I was able to take my notes for future reference and I could watch them as many times as was needed.
